Nicholas W.J. Biron – Founder
Nick has 20 years of experience in high tech, including 17 years of corporate sales and organizational growth experience in the enterprise software, high tech and technology research industries.
Over the past 12 years, he has specialized in building and managing a variety of organizations & territories in the enterprise research industry. As a team leader with Boston’s Aberdeen Group, Nick was responsible for the initial launch of new and emerging enterprise technology research practice areas, such as Wireless & Mobility, Network & Application Performance Management, and Unified Communications. This role was dedicated to building out and maintaining these news areas along with creating the initial research and account planning. Nick also served as a Business Consultant and Global Accounts Director with Boston’s Nucleus Research, where he extended Nucleus’ global footprint in core practice areas, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Capital Management (HCM), & Business Intelligence (BI). As Co-Founder of Boston’s Blue Hill Research, Nick was responsible for the initial business plan, launch, and continuous growth overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Nick now serves as the US North East & United Kingdom business lead overseeing account and research strategies for the territory for Maynard’s Mercator Advisory Group.
After spending the past 12 years strategizing with businesses of all shapes and sizes, Nick noticed a pattern of a lack of small business education and founded 3SixtySMB to help small businesses achieve greatness by educating them around sales, marketing, and organizational strategies.
Jayson Saba – Strategic Adviser
Jayson leads Product Marketing at Kronos, a global leader in cloud workforce solutions. In his role, he is responsible for developing messaging and evangelizing our human capital management (HCM) applications. Jayson also leads Kronos’s industry analyst relations. Prior to joining Kronos, he was the Vice President of Market Strategy at Ceridian where he led market research and industry relations.
Previously, he was the lead analyst covering core HR, Workforce Management and Outsourcing at the HCM practice of Boston-based Aberdeen Group. During his tenure, he wrote and published over 100 research papers and benchmark reports. Before Aberdeen, Jayson helped develop and launch a suite of self-service retirement benefit tools at Fidelity Investments.
In addition to his research, he continues to blog, speak at HR events, and contributes to leading HR and industry leading publications such as The Economist, CIO, HR Executive, HRO Today, PayTech, Talent Management, and Workforce Management magazines. His blogs have been featured on TLNT, ERE, Wired, the Huffington Post and others.
Jayson is an adjunct professor at UMASS-Lowell, and sits on various advisory boards including startups and professional trade associations.
Jayson earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
In his free time, Jayson can be found in the White Mountains hiking, fishing, or snowshoeing with his wife Kristina and two children, Elijah and Katia.
